Novant Health Elizabeth Pediatrics announces that Dr Tim Eichenbrenner to retire

Friday, July 28, 2017

Effective September 1, Dr. Tim Eichenbrenner will retire from active practice. Dr. Eichenbrenner has practiced pediatrics for 35 years. In 1996, he was the co-founder of Novant Health Elizabeth Pediatrics. In his career he has touched the lives of many with his intelligence, dedication, compassion, and humor. He is dearly loved by his patients. His partners and colleagues hold him in the highest regard. He has been recognized many times as one of Charlotte’s Top Docs.

We, at Elizabeth Pediatrics, are happy and sad. We are thrilled that he will have more time with his family and friends, but we will miss “Dr E”. Luckily for us, he is going to occasionally fill in at the office. The staff and physicians at our practice wish Dr. Eichenbrenner all the best!

Dr. Milbourn

Dr. Milbourn was born in Arizona but spent much of his life growing up in Eastern North Carolina. He graduated college from the University of North Carolina and subsequently graduated from the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. He completed his pediatric residency at Carolinas Medical Center. Upon completion of his residency he was honored by being asked to serve an additional year as Chief of the pediatric residency program. He is pediatric board certified.

Dr. Milbourn joins us in August. We are pleased to have him join our practice and he is excited about getting to know our many families.
