If your child is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, dial 9-1-1 immediately.

For other urgent needs, call our office at 704-384-1000. We are able to handle minor trauma in our office. For major emergencies, we recommend the Children’s Emergency Department at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center. They are staffed 24 hours a day with board-certified, pediatric emergency specialists.

If urgent needs occur after-hours, you can call our regular office number. An after-hours triage nurse will assist you. There is a physician on call, as well.
