Medical advice

You are encouraged to call our office at 704-384-1000 during regular business hours for routine medical advice. We have two experienced phone nurses on site daily. Note that some parts of the day are very busy for the phone nurses. If you are calling for general medical advice, you may be asked to leave your message with the advice nurse voice mail. All calls are returned as quickly as possible in the order they are received.

If you need medical advice after-hours for a problem that cannot wait until the next morning, call our regular office number. The call will be answered by our answering service and you will be connected to one of the after-hours advice nurses.
